Greetings! I am a Racine native, Wisconsin Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Reflexologist. I am professional members of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, the Reflexology Association of America and the Integrated Reflexologists of Wisconsin, Inc.
My journey into healing began in the year 2000 with my education at the Wisconsin Institute of Natural Wellness in Racine with training in both the western and eastern modalities of massage therapy. (See Education) It was there that I discovered my passion for massage and the healing of the body through purposeful touch. It would be 15 years later that I would seek out the adventure of a Reflexology certification in which I traveled back and forth between St. Augustine, Florida and Racine from April to November of 2016.
With the support of my family, friends, and community I have explored many opportunities and met a vast amount of astonishing people, many of whom I am now proud to call my clients and friends. (See Testimonials) My knowledge is for them and, in turn, I could never be able to measure the teaching they have given me!
It has been my honor to contribute to their well-being, and I am truly blessed to be part of a profession that has allowed me to grow as an individual as well as connect with my community. It is my mission to be a facilitator of wellness and balance through massage therapy and reflexology. I will do this by providing a safe environment for individuals to discover their own path to healing though relaxation, education and awareness.
I welcome the opportunity to share the fulfillment that I have found through my massage and reflexology practice, which is my livelihood. To our health! -Namaste

Reflexology is a protocol of manual techniques applied to specific reflex areas predominantly on the feet and hands. These techniques stimulate the complex neural pathways linking body systems, supporting the body's efforts to function optimally. (-RAA) There are reflexes in the hands and feet which correspond to every part, gland, and organ in the body. These reflexes are mapped on the feet and hands in a mirror image of the body. Check out the great interactive Reflexology maps
Primary benefits of reflexology:
• Improves circulation of blood, lymph, nervous information and energy. If you looked into the body,
that is what you would see!
• Relaxes by reducing tension and stress so you may experience yourself in a relaxed state. Excess
stress IS NOT GOOD for the body!
• Promotes normal functioning of the body’s organs and glands by shifting the autonomic (automatic)
nervous system from the sympathetic into the parasympathetic state, so that your body can heal.
